OK...I'm lazy...ingredients into the machine and push the go button and 4 hours later out comes 2 pounds of Swedish Rye....almost zero prep. and zero mess/clean-up.
You are very correct...it's so VERY easy...although I do have ambitions of doing it the "real" way it does seems like that requires more effort than I care to invest. Nothing like fresh bread almost on demand! Have successfully created one whole wheat and a couple variations on rye.
Hey that is the only way I know how to make bread!! Not lazy, just convenient!!
