After a day of rain it was finally wet/green enough to burn ~18 months of branches that had fallen from the 5 pecan trees on the property...and these trees shed more than any I have ever been around.

I LOVE the Ninja...inexpensive, simple and brews good coffee...easy to keep clean...a GREAT way to start the morning...grind the beans...add the water and let it do its thing!

Fresh Bread 05/04/2026
Simple...freshly ground flour, water, yeast, a bit of brown sugar and finally a light dusting of caraway seeds on the top! So simple even I can do it!
