      It's really easy to make AND the crust is MUCH better than what comes out of the bread machine. I'm going to try it with a bit more whole wheat or maybe with rye. Baking in a Lodge cast iron dutch oven works really well. This is only slightly more involved than using a bread machine but it's worth the effort!
